FAQ’s
What if there is a mistake on the printed T-shirts when I receive them?
If the error was in the copy you provided us, we will not be able to correct the mistake unless
you place another order.If the error was ours in making the transfer, we will redo your order at
our cost or refund your money.
How long do you keep a logo after an order has been placed?
We keep all customer orders on file for two years.After two years, all screens will be removed
to reuse for new orders. The order will still be kept in our records, however.
Who would I contact with my great idea/design for Lasting Impressions?
We would enjoy seeing the many fresh and exciting ideas that come to us here at Lasting
Impressions. However, corporate policy prohibits us from reviewing or accepting any
unsolicited ideas.
I want to see all of the products Lasting Impressions currently is selling. How can I get a
catalog sent to me?
If I don’t find an item in the catalog or online, can I special order it?
